Lawrence H. Glinton is a distinguished Bahamian financial executive and conservation advocate whose career embodies excellence, stewardship, and national service. He began his academic journey at the University of The Bahamas and later earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Florida State University, prior to becoming a Certified Public Accountant in 1989.

Mr. Glinton launched his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers before joining Pictet Bank & Trust Ltd. in 1994, where he steadily advanced to COO and CFO in 2020. Beyond the corporate sphere, he served as Honorary Secretary of the Bahamas National Trust (BNT) from 2010 – 2012, Deputy President from 2012 – 2014 and President from 2014 to 2016.

He remains active in community service as a Vestry Member at St. Anne’s Anglican Church and an Honorary Member of the Rotary Club of Old Fort. A devoted father of three, he enjoys fishing, cycling, and golf—pursuits that reflect his appreciation of the natural environment.
