If you have experienced or witnessed environmental, social, labour, or gender-related impacts associated with BPAF or a BPAF-funded project, you may submit a grievance using the form below.

BPAF is committed to providing an accessible, fair, transparent and confidential process for receiving and addressing concerns related to environmental and social issues associated with BPAF and BPAF-funded projects.

You may use this form to report concerns regarding:

Please note: This form is not intended for reporting fraud, corruption, procurement complaints or ethical misconduct. These matters should be submitted through BPAF’s Whistleblower Mechanism.
