Casuarina McKinney-Lambert is the Executive Director of the Bahamas Reef Environment and Educational Foundation. Casuarina is a founding board member of the One Eleuthera Foundation and currently sits on the board of the Bahamas Protected Areas Fund and several other committees and boards focused on conservation and sustainable development.

Casuarina is from Governor’s Harbour Eleuthera where she had her first experience in the ocean at just five days old. She completed the International Baccalaureate at the United World College of the Atlantic in Wales and graduated with a degree in Marine Biology and Environmental Policy from Duke University. She taught science and coordinated the student research at the Cape Eleuthera Island School before joining BREEF.
